Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how visitors use the site. Cookies do not contain viruses and cannot execute code.
Veyra uses a minimal set of cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing tools. Below is a complete overview of what we set and why.
These cookies are required for the Veyra dashboard and agent panel to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking the service.
| Cookie | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| session | Keeps you logged in to the agent dashboard | 7 days |
| csrf_token | Protects against cross-site request forgery attacks | Session |
We may use Google Analytics on the Veyra marketing website (veyra.support) to understand general traffic patterns — for example, which countries visitors come from and which pages are most visited. This data is anonymous and aggregated; it cannot identify you personally.
Google Analytics sets the following cookies:
| Cookie | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes unique visitors (anonymous) | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Maintains session state for Google Analytics | 2 years |
Analytics cookies are only placed on the marketing website, not inside the agent dashboard or the chat widget embedded on your customers' websites.
You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse new cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified when a cookie is set. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from using the Veyra dashboard.
To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
